2. Program Description
![]()
Silent Rock Workforce uses SMS and MMS messaging to conduct direct business communications across two distinct workflows:
- Operational coordination between Silent Rock Workforce team members and existing pharmacy partner clients who prefer SMS as their primary communication channel, including scheduling, coverage updates, and workforce coordination.
- Selective, individual outreach conducted by our Pharmacy Talent Director to specific licensed pharmacists and pharmacy technicians identified through professional licensing databases. All outreach is personal, one-on-one, and non-templated.
Silent Rock Workforce does not use automated dialing systems or broadcast messaging platforms. All SMS and MMS communications are initiated personally by a member of the Silent Rock Workforce team.
